Want to improve your fitness while hitting a lot of balls?

Cardio tennis sessions are usually run by Jamie most weeks on Friday mornings from 10.00 - 11.00am. These are a great way to get fit while playing some tennis and are suitable for all levels and great fun. You can push yourself hard or take things a little easier.
